1. Use of this website

You may browse this website for personal and business research. The content, including text, design, code and visual assets, is owned by Becepos and may not be copied, redistributed or used to train automated systems without written consent.

2. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a binding engagement between you and Becepos. Engagements begin only when both parties have signed a written services agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, term and fees.

3. Client engagements

Each engagement is governed by its own services agreement. The agreement controls in case of conflict with this page. Engagements may be terminated by either party in accordance with the notice provisions of the agreement.

4. Deliverables and outcomes

We commit to the activities, cadence and reporting described in the services agreement. We do not guarantee specific ratings, search rankings or business outcomes, because those are influenced by factors outside our control (including platform policy changes, market conditions and the operational quality of the client business). Forecasted outcomes shared in proposals and reports are good-faith estimates based on benchmark data and the audit, not contractual guarantees.

5. Authentic reviews only

Becepos will not generate fabricated reviews, purchase reviews, or solicit reviews from individuals who are not genuine customers. Clients agree to the same. This is a non-negotiable term.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Each party's total liability under any engagement is capped at the amount of fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying active clients directly.
